PMTO Therapist

The PMTO Therapist provides assessment, therapy, and interventions to create a strong family environment for children and families served by the Parent Management Training Oregon program. The role involves conducting ongoing assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing family treatment while adhering to the PMTO model. The therapist also manages a caseload, maintains documentation, and collaborates with court systems and supervisors to support permanency goals.
