Police Cadet

This position involves completing a 20-week Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET) academy program to acquire the knowledge and skills required for a sworn entry-level law enforcement role. The curriculum includes classroom instruction, physical training, and practical experience in areas such as traffic enforcement, investigations, and community affairs. Upon successful completion and certification, individuals are eligible for promotion to a sworn police officer position within the Town of Huntersville.
