Police Dispatcher I / II

Under general supervision, this role performs skilled work in receiving emergency calls and dispatching personnel and equipment for police, fire, and medical aid services. The position requires knowledge of local government operations, emergency systems, and the city's geographical layout to effectively manage communications via telephone, radio, and computer-aided dispatch systems.
