Police Officer

The Police Officer position is responsible for the protection of life and property and the enforcement of federal, state, and local laws and ordinances within West Valley City. This role involves responding to calls for service, conducting initial investigations, and maintaining a working knowledge of criminal and traffic law to ensure community safety. The position requires a certified Law Enforcement Officer with prior police experience who has passed the Field Training Officer (FTO) program.
