Police Officer

Under limited supervision, this role performs general or special duty police work within the City of Sierra Vista, including patrol activities, traffic monitoring, crime prevention, and responding to various emergency calls. The position requires maintaining a visible presence in the community, conducting preliminary investigations, and testifying in court proceedings. Officers may also participate in specialized duties such as serving as a School Resource Officer or detective, depending on assignment.
