Police Wellness Coordinator

The Police Wellness Coordinator is a civilian, non-sworn employee responsible for developing and overseeing wellness programs to enhance the health, mental resilience, and job satisfaction of police officers, support staff, and their families. This role focuses on promoting physical fitness, mental health, and stress management through initiatives, peer support, and resource coordination. The position reports to the Administrative Support Lieutenant and works primarily Monday through Friday.
