Policy & Advocacy Manager

The Policy & Advocacy Manager supports global leadership initiatives by providing guidance on policy and stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring best practice sharing and continuous improvement. The role involves conducting horizon scanning for policy trends, contributing to the design and implementation of global Policy & Advocacy initiatives, and acting as a subject-matter expert on policy and stakeholder engagement. The position also includes managing systems for tracking external engagements, embedding governance frameworks, and measuring the effectiveness of policy activities to help deliver healthcare outcomes aligned with AstraZeneca's access and policy objectives.
