Policy Analyst

This role supports the Departmental Administration and the Board of County Commissioners by conducting complex professional, financial, and policy analyses to advance legislative priorities. The position involves coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, facilitating enterprise-level communications system integration, and providing direct organizational support to the County Manager's Office. Additionally, the role prepares policy memos, tracks board decisions, and assists in budget development to ensure effective program implementation and strategic alignment.
