Policy and Program Implementation Coordinator

The Policy and Program Implementation Coordinator supports the Citywide Equity and Inclusion line of service at DCAS by collecting and reporting data on equity initiatives, analyzing workforce demographics, and assisting with the design and evaluation of policies and programs that promote fair employment and diverse representation across city agencies. The role involves research, metric development, inter‑agency collaboration, and the preparation of reports to inform strategic recommendations.
