About this role

The Policy Governance & PowerDMS Administrator serves as the central resource for policy governance, document control, and management of the PowerDMS platform. The role oversees the entire policy lifecycle, ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, and partners with legal, compliance, quality, risk, HR, HIM, and IT leaders to maintain and improve the organization’s policy management program.

Responsibilities

Configure and optimize PowerDMS platform
Administer policy lifecycle from development to archival
Develop executive dashboards and performance metrics
Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operational leaders
