About this role
The Policy Impact Capability Lead in Roche’s External Affairs International (EAi) builds and embeds core capabilities across affiliate teams to enable local delivery of global policy and Health System Shaping priorities. The role acts as a regional enabler and expert trainer, diagnosing capability gaps and deploying targeted learning solutions to ensure affiliates can execute strategic objectives and Healthcare Impact Plans. The position reports to the Head of Policy Impact and Effectiveness and works across global and local stakeholders to align priorities and scale learning.
