Policy Manager

This role manages the research, analysis, design, development, and delivery of regulatory guidance and rules within assigned financial service sectors, including life and health insurance, mortgage brokers, and financial planners/advisors. The position supports the Policy department's strategies by providing expert advice, leading consultations with stakeholders, and overseeing the development of policies and regulatory frameworks. It involves managing a team, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with FSRA's mandate to protect consumers and ensure financial safety.
