Policy Manager

The Policy Manager leads, develops, and maintains City policies and bylaws to support the Community Standards Department. This role involves managing day-to-day permitting operations, leading staff, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement parking and business licence-related policies. The position also requires preparing reports, managing budgets, and representing the department on various committees.
