Policy Official - B3

The Policy Official - B3 role supports the Scottish Government's strategic ambition to embed equality, inclusion, and human rights across operations and public sector work. As an Engagement and Policy Manager within the Mainstreaming Strategy Unit, the position involves internal and external engagement, communications, and capability-building activities to deliver ministerial priorities and corporate commitments. The role requires collaboration across the Directorate for Equality, Inclusion and Human Rights (DEIHR) to coordinate stakeholder engagement, ministerial briefings, and internal development initiatives.
