Policy & Process Writer

Ruth & Naomi’s Mission is seeking an experienced Policy & Process Writer to strengthen and standardize organizational policies, procedures, and operational processes across the growing organization. This specialized six-month contract role involves collaborating with leaders and subject-matter experts to identify gaps and translate complex requirements into clear, practical documentation. The position reports to the Director of People & Culture and focuses on enhancing clarity, consistency, and accountability within the organization.
