Policy Service Associate

The Policy Service Associate provides administrative and clerical support to the Account Management & Service team, assisting with client requests, processing endorsements, cancellations, and binders, and maintaining account files. The role works closely with Account Managers and a mentor, learning to use carrier websites and preparing to manage an independent book of business.
