About this role

The role focuses on serving as a liaison between brokers/insureds and insurance carriers to enhance the overall client experience across products such as life, disability, long-term care, and annuities. The position reports to the Vice President(s) of Case Management and is full-time with a hybrid work option and on-site presence expected.
