Policy Services - CAAP

This role provides prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to members and policyholders to earn their trust and satisfaction while supporting County Farm Bureau operations. The position involves assisting with membership applications, reviewing delinquent membership reports, and maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information. It also requires collaboration with team members and cross-training to ensure seamless daily task completion.
