About this role
An associate within Prudential’s Policy Services team responsible for processing policy-related customer requests and supporting projects to improve processes and service quality. The role partners with Financial Consultants and reports to a Team Manager to ensure timely, seamless experiences for customers. It also contributes to feedback loops to identify process gaps and implement improvements.
