Policy Training 1

This role involves conducting hands-on classroom training for Medicaid and Application Center staff on policies and procedures. The position requires assisting in the development of seminars and courses, including online and webinar formats, while maintaining current training materials and the Learning Management System. The incumbent will also secure venues, manage administrative tasks, and support special topic seminars as requested by state officials.
