Pool - Residency Licensure Instructor/Coach

This role provides ongoing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to residency teacher candidates, including conducting on-site observations and evaluating teaching practices. The position involves developing individualized coaching strategies, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with program faculty and school-based mentors to monitor candidate progress. Additionally, the role assists candidates with edTPA preparation and may involve delivering assigned coursework for approved candidates.
