The Population Behavioral Health Specialist supports Boston Medical Center Health System’s population health efforts by working with patients who have behavioral health needs, including severe mental illness and substance use disorders. The role contributes to system-level quality and performance improvement initiatives for the MassHealth ACO program and is focused on improving outcomes while managing utilization and cost of care. This position is hybrid and embedded within the Population Health Behavioral Health team.
