Port Engineer

Mainstay Maritime is seeking an experienced Port Engineer to oversee the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of its marine fleet on the Great Lakes. This role serves as the primary technical representative for assigned vessels, responsible for maintenance planning, repair execution, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle asset management. The position requires frequent vessel visits, shipyard oversight, and collaboration with internal teams and external contractors to ensure operational excellence.
