Port Operations Manager

This role leads ship agency teams and serves as the primary interface between the teams and the Port Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of port calls and vessel handling. The position involves planning weekly port calls, updating daily vessel schedules, and coordinating cargo handling priorities with shipping lines and terminal operators. Additionally, the role requires managing operational incidents, supporting team onboarding and training, and ensuring compliance with quality, security, and safety procedures.
