Portal Process and Compliance Manager

This role owns the portal process and compliance management, supporting the operational execution of all submissions for the Health, Education, and Life Sciences practices. The position is responsible for the centralized management of procurement portals, framework platforms, and related communications to ensure timely and compliant submission of opportunities. The role involves partnering closely with Practice Leaders and Bid Managers to coordinate strategy, response development, and final submission packaging.
