Porter I

The Porter I position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall curb appeal of the assigned multifamily community. This role ensures all common areas, grounds, amenities, and exterior spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained while supporting daily property operations through routine cleaning, groundskeeping, and light maintenance. The position also involves providing excellent customer service and collaborating with Maintenance and Property Management teams to enhance the resident experience.
