The Porter is an on-site member of the property team responsible for preparing vacant units and maintaining common areas at multifamily properties to ensure they are ready for marketing and occupancy. The role reports to the Resident Manager and Property Manager and works closely with maintenance staff to support the property's overall presentation and resident needs.
