Porter

The Porter is responsible for maintaining the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing offices, and parking lots to ensure high curb appeal and safety. This role involves daily trash removal, preparing units for move-in, assisting with maintenance tasks, and reporting repair concerns to the Maintenance Director. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be proactive in ensuring the community's upkeep.
