Porter

This role is responsible for maintaining and cleaning all common areas of the facility, both inside and outside, to ensure they remain spotless, safe, and sanitary. The position involves daily cleaning tasks, waste management, snow removal, and assisting with tenant needs and supply transport. The ideal candidate ensures client and staff safety while performing these duties and may fill in for other porters as needed.
