The Porter serves as the first impression for residents and visitors, ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and welcoming through daily grounds maintenance and common area cleaning. This hands-on, outdoor role involves identifying maintenance issues, supporting the on-site maintenance team with routine tasks, and maintaining property standards. The position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under the direction of the Site Manager.
