Porter

The Porter is responsible for performing a variety of building maintenance and cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, cleaning bathrooms, and maintaining common areas. The role also involves assisting the Superintendent with building repairs, managing trash and recycling, and maintaining the grounds and parking lot. This position requires a professional appearance and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving throughout the building.
