Porter

The Porter at AVE is responsible for maintaining brand standards of cleanliness and presentation while creating a positive, safe, and organized work environment. This role involves cleaning amenity spaces, troubleshooting and repairing resident service requests, and assisting with maintenance tasks. The position requires availability for a full-time schedule with on-call rotation for emergencies and after-hours service requests.
