Porter/Groundskeeper

Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Manager, this role maintains the efficient upkeep of property buildings and grounds in a supportive capacity. The position requires attending required training, setting goals for certification, and ensuring a professional appearance while adhering to safety standards and company policies. The employee is responsible for daily property maintenance, including cleaning, litter removal, and equipment inventory.
