Healthcare Realty is seeking an experienced Portfolio Engineer to oversee engineering operations, maintenance, and reliability for multiple medical office buildings in Lower Westchester County, NY, and Southern Fairfield County, CT. This role provides technical leadership by managing engineering staff, overseeing building systems, supporting capital projects, and ensuring safe and efficient facility operations. The position serves as the primary liaison between Engineering, Property Management, and Project Management to drive operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Oversee engineering operations and maintenance for multiple medical properties
Manage and mentor a team of up to eight engineering staff members
Serve as subject matter expert for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Support capital projects and develop engineering standards and specifications
Ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency across the portfolio
