The Product Manager – Residential Air Source Heat Pumps at Baxi Heating is responsible for the commercial success of the residential ASHP portfolio, owning the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from market insight and new product development through launch and end‑of‑life. The role drives revenue, margin and market share while acting as the central link between engineering, R&D, manufacturing, sales, marketing, supply chain and regulatory teams within a UK HVAC manufacturing environment. It supports Baxi’s contribution to the UK’s transition to low‑carbon heating.
