Portfolio Management Analyst

This role supports portfolio management, asset management, and acquisition duties by conducting financial modeling, property valuation analysis, and lease analysis for separate account portfolios. The position involves preparing client reports, analyzing new investments for risk and return thresholds, and monitoring the financial performance of properties. The analyst will also coordinate with asset managers and appraisers to review valuations and assist with financing and disposition transactions.
