About this role
The Portfolio Manager is a member of the Bank’s Commercial Real Estate group responsible for underwriting and structuring commercial real estate loans and managing an assigned portfolio of CRE customers across the U.S. The role partners with Relationship Managers and internal deal teams to prepare credit proposals, obtain approvals, and ensure timely renewals and ongoing portfolio monitoring. This position helps protect the bank’s assets while supporting business growth through client engagement and cross-sell opportunities.
