About this role

The Portfolio Manager, Lathe owns the business development and growth strategy for Fictiv’s turning offering within the broader CNC line of business. This role is accountable for turning current momentum into a scaled, profitable line of business by finding and winning new turning demand, shaping how turned parts are positioned and sold, and following production programs through to on-time delivery. Success means profitable growth in turning bookings and margin, a stronger pipeline of turning production programs, and close, flexible collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Solution Engineering, Program Management, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

Own business development strategy and growth plan for the lathe/turning line of business
Identify and pursue new turning demand across prototype through production stages
Serve as internal subject-matter expert for turning and Swiss-type machining technologies
