About this role

As the Portfolio Manager for Structures assets at AtkinsRéalis, you will oversee the delivery of approximately £40m annually across 90 renewal and improvement projects. The role involves leading a team of Project Managers, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and engaging with stakeholders to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Project Managers to deliver structures asset projects
Monitor project budgets and costs with Senior QS to ensure fiscal compliance
Coordinate site permissions, design, and construction handovers for 90 annual projects
Ensure strict adherence to CDM regulations and safety culture standards
Present monthly portfolio delivery reports to clients and senior leadership
