Portfolio & Operations Lead

The Portfolio & Operations Lead enables the effective delivery of the International Business Unit's DD&T portfolio by providing operational leadership and ensuring alignment across markets and Centre of Excellence teams. This role establishes the portfolio operating model, governance cadence, and reporting framework to drive execution discipline and provide a single view of priorities and risks. Working in partnership with market leaders and the broader leadership team, the lead builds tracking solutions and delivers clear insights to support strategic decision-making.
