Portfolio Planning & Coordination

This role supports the development and maintenance of portfolio-level plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource views, while collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment. The position involves consolidating demand visibility, tracking delivery progress, and managing go-live activities for projects and business-as-usual initiatives. It also requires coordinating governance reviews, tracking dependencies and risks, and supporting financial and resource planning across the portfolio. The role contributes to leadership reporting, ensures data consistency across trackers, and promotes best practices in project delivery and capacity planning.
