Portillo's Concierge

The Portillo's Concierge serves as the friendly, knowledgeable voice of Portillo's, acting as a key connection point between guests and the brand. This role manages inbound and outbound calls, voicemails, and emails related to catering orders and guest service needs, while also driving revenue and deepening guest relationships. The position requires availability on weekends and holidays, with training provided during the first two weeks.
