This role serves as the first point of contact for site teams experiencing POS issues, delivering fast, accurate, and customer-focused Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to keep locations operational. The position requires flexible availability to support business hours from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Sundays.
