Positive Behavioral Support Analyst

The Positive Behavioral Support Analyst develops and implements individualized positive behavior support strategies to promote independence and improve quality of life for individuals with mental illness, substance use challenges, and other disabilities. This full-time role involves conducting behavioral assessments, creating support plans, and providing training and guidance to families, caregivers, and direct support staff. The position requires flexibility for evening availability and offers a combination of community-based and remote work.
