Post Doc Research Associate

A Postdoctoral Researcher in Computational Biology and Data Science will join the Carpenter–Shen laboratory to develop advanced machine learning methods for extracting quantitative insights from high-throughput biological images. This role focuses on accelerating drug discovery by analyzing imaging data to identify drug functions, repurpose existing medications, and screen for novel therapies for diseases like bipolar disorder. The candidate will create AI systems to link image profiles with genomic data, significantly contributing to the lab's mission of transforming target and therapy identification.
