The Blanchard Laboratory at the Icahn School of Medicine is seeking a highly skilled scientist to join the team studying how genetic and environmental factors shape the human brain’s vulnerability to neurodegenerative disease. The role focuses on uncovering cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders to identify new therapeutic strategies. The position involves developing and applying advanced human iPSC-based brain models, including multicellular organoid and assembloid systems, integrated with genomic and computational approaches.
