Post-Doctoral Researcher

The Hogan Lab in the Data Science Institute is seeking a post-doctoral researcher to contribute to ontology, semantic web, and referent tracking projects, including the APRICOT Project funded by the NIH. The role involves developing and managing ontologies such as OMRSE, REHABO, and DrOn, while collaborating with behavioral scientists and ontologists across multiple sites. The position requires managing issue trackers, leading development meetings, and contributing to the annotation of Social Determinants of Health instruments and data.
