This role involves hands-on editing, visual effects, motion graphics, and color grading while establishing efficient creative standards and version control systems. The ideal candidate will guide post-production direction to ensure high-impact output optimized for social media channels like TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end post-production processes for short-form and long-form video content
Perform offline and online editing, VFX, motion graphics, and color grading
Establish and maintain efficient post-production workflows and version control
Act as the quality gatekeeper for all post-production outputs
Provide creative input on storytelling, pacing, and visual direction
