Post-Training Engineer

This role focuses on the large-scale finetuning and post-training of diffusion models to enhance image aesthetics and quality. The position involves implementing advanced post-training techniques, designing evaluation suites, and training custom VLMs and LLMs for reward modeling and prompt expansion. The engineer will collaborate with research and engineering teams to integrate these advancements into AI creative tools.
