Postdoc In-Situ Cryo-ET

A postdoctoral researcher will develop and apply integrated workflows for in situ cryogenic electron tomography (cryo-ET) to automate cellular targeting and lamella preparation. The role involves establishing AI-facilitated approaches for identifying regions of interest and acquiring high-quality data to study structural cell biology.
